Help with KUF: Circle Of Doom?

You have to do the related quest eg.kill 20 undead grind monsters,I think you can check your progress in the menu,once you have completed the quest you have to go into the dream world and the old guy in the black hoodie will give you your ability.It's been a looooong time since i played it but i think you may have to replace an old skill with the new one.
