Need help with doing my hair?

I have curly hair and i straighten it sometimes but it looks bad. I try to blow it out but it doesnt come striaght my mom usally has to do it for me. I want to blow out my hair by myself but i dont know the proper way to do so. Someone please give me steps on how to blow hair out so it feels and looks full and has a small curl at the end.
